Northline has introduced an updated version of the popular EvoSpace XL box for the 2025 season - Northline RoadSpace.
The second generation also features a front protective shield (ABS), which distributes the impact force in the event of a collision, ensuring that the items remain safely inside the box.
The fastening mechanism has also been modified, with the bolt in the clamping attachment being strengthened, which increases its resistance to greater impact forces. Additionally, rubber inserts have been added to the clamping system, which nearly double its resistance to lateral movement (moose test).
Thanks to the redesign of the top dome, where the slope of the rear corners was changed from negative to positive, the rigidity has been increased. Additionally, a folded edge was added to the front part of the box, which significantly improved its mechanical resistance.
The geometry of the clamping system also reflects the latest requirements from manufacturers of aerodynamic roof racks. Therefore, the system is compatible with the best-selling racks on the market, featuring classic, square, and wing profiles.
Thanks to the "step-free front," the box remains quiet and stable even at higher speeds. A notable feature is the so-called front diffuser. Its role is to redirect as much air as possible over the box, thereby reducing the noise generated between the box's bottom and the car's roof.
The box features three rows of anchoring elements for securing the straps, which are included in the package.
